How do I get my QR code?

Log in to the Shop Portal with your shop ID and password. Your QR code and order link are on the dashboard.

I forgot my shop password.

WhatsApp us with your shop name. We'll reset it for you.

My WhatsApp number changed.

WhatsApp us from your new number and mention your shop ID. We'll update it within the hour.

Customer orders aren't coming through.

Make sure WhatsApp is installed on your phone and your number is active. Try scanning your own QR code to test the flow.

I want to add a second branch.

WhatsApp us with the branch name and WhatsApp number. Each branch gets its own QR code.
