No. It works directly in their phone browser — just scan and fill.

Yes — files are temporarily stored on our servers so the shop can download and print them. They are automatically deleted within 24 hours of submission. Order details (name, phone, print specs) are deleted after 30 days. You can also delete any order manually at any time.

No. QueuePrint is an order intake platform — it facilitates the transfer of files between customers and your shop. Once a file is downloaded, saved, printed, or stored on your device or computer, you (the shop owner) are solely responsible for its handling, security, and deletion.
