Terms of Service
By using QueuePrint (queueprint.in), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What QueuePrint does

QueuePrint provides a web-based order form that allows customers to describe their print requirements and upload files to a secure shop portal. The shop owner accesses and downloads orders from their dashboard. We are a software tool — we do not print anything ourselves.

2. Who can use QueuePrint

QueuePrint is available to print shop owners ("Shop Owners") and their customers ("Customers") in India. By using the service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Shop Owner responsibilities

4. Customer responsibilities

5. File storage and retention

When a customer submits a print order, QueuePrint may temporarily store uploaded files and order information to facilitate reliable delivery and processing of the order.

Uploaded files are automatically deleted from QueuePrint systems within approximately 24 hours of submission, or earlier where technically feasible.

QueuePrint does not provide long-term cloud storage, backup, archival, or document management services. Customers and print shops should maintain their own copies of any files they wish to retain.

After files are downloaded, saved, copied, printed, shared, or otherwise stored by a print shop, the print shop becomes solely responsible for the handling, security, retention, and deletion of those files.

We do not share files with any third party other than the shop the order is placed with. QueuePrint staff do not access uploaded files except where strictly necessary for security incident response. See our Privacy Policy for full data retention details.

6. File handling and storage responsibility

QueuePrint acts solely as a platform for receiving and organising print orders. QueuePrint does not assume responsibility for any files, documents, images, or data that are downloaded, saved, copied, printed, shared, backed up, transferred, or otherwise stored by a print shop after receipt.

Each print shop is independently responsible for:

QueuePrint is not liable for any loss, disclosure, misuse, unauthorised access, retention, copying, distribution, or storage of files once they have been received by the print shop or stored on any device under the shop's control.

QueuePrint automatically deletes uploaded files after processing or within the retention period described in the Privacy Policy. The shop is responsible for any copies made before that deletion.

7. Pricing and payment

Print pricing is set by the Shop Owner. QueuePrint shows an estimate on the order form based on standard rates — this is indicative only. Final pricing is at the Shop Owner's discretion. Payment for printing is made directly to the shop, not through QueuePrint.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. QueuePrint shall not be liable for losses arising from downtime, technical errors, or third-party failures (including WhatsApp or Supabase outages).

9. Limitation of liability

QueuePrint is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, QueuePrint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including print errors, lost orders, or miscommunication between customers and shops.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information QueuePrint collects, how it is used, and your rights under applicable Indian law including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. What information we collect and store

From Shop Owners (stored persistently for account operation):

From Customers (temporarily processed and stored):

QueuePrint may temporarily process and store the following information when a customer submits a print order:

Uploaded files are retained only for the period necessary to process the order and are automatically deleted within approximately 24 hours of submission. This applies to all file types — including sensitive documents such as Aadhaar cards, PAN cards, mark sheets, and resumes — which should not be uploaded unless you are comfortable with temporary storage on our servers for the purpose of order processing.

Order records (name, phone number, print instructions) are automatically deleted after 30 days from the date the order was placed.

2. How we use Shop Owner information

We do not sell, rent, or share Shop Owner data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-party services and cross-border data transfers

By using QueuePrint, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries outside India, including the United States. We use these third-party services because they are necessary to provide the QueuePrint service. We do not transfer your data to any country solely for marketing, profiling, or commercial purposes.

4. Cookies and tracking

QueuePrint does not use advertising cookies or marketing trackers.

We use two technical monitoring tools — Sentry (see Third-party services above) and Vercel Speed Insights — both for anonymous diagnostics only. No personal data is intentionally collected by either tool.

5. Data retention

Shop Owner data is retained for as long as the account is active. Upon account deactivation or deletion, profile data (name, phone, email, address, password hash) is removed from our database within 30 days. We may retain internal account management audit records (such as subscription history and account modification logs) beyond this window for security and operational accountability purposes.

Customer uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers within approximately 24 hours of submission.

Customer order records (print instructions, name, phone number) are automatically deleted after 30 days from the date the order was placed.

Print shop responsibility after download: QueuePrint's data retention obligations apply only to data held on QueuePrint's own systems. Once a file or order record has been downloaded, saved, printed, or otherwise transferred to a print shop's device, network, or storage system, the print shop is solely responsible for that data — including its security, retention period, and deletion. QueuePrint has no visibility into, or control over, data once it leaves QueuePrint's systems.

6. Your rights

Under applicable Indian law (including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by QueuePrint. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

Customers — to request deletion of a specific order, contact us via WhatsApp with your Order ID (the 8-character code shown on the confirmation screen after you submit an order). We will delete your order record and any associated data within 48 hours.

Shop Owners — to request access to or deletion of your account data (shop name, phone number, password hash), contact us via WhatsApp with your shop ID. We will respond within 15 working days. Upon verified request, account data will be removed within 30 days of account deactivation.

7. Security

Access to our database is restricted via Supabase row-level security policies. Admin passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Shop owner passwords are stored and compared server-side. We follow reasonable security practices, but no system is completely secure.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision.
