1. What QueuePrint does

QueuePrint provides a web-based order form that allows customers to describe their print requirements and share files with a print shop via WhatsApp. We are a software tool — we do not print anything ourselves.

2. Who can use QueuePrint

QueuePrint is available to print shop owners ("Shop Owners") and their customers ("Customers") in India. By using the service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Shop Owner responsibilities

• You are responsible for fulfilling orders placed through your QR code or link.
• You must not share your shop login credentials with unauthorised persons.
• You must provide an accurate WhatsApp number so customers can reach you.
• You must comply with all applicable laws when handling customer data received via WhatsApp.

4. Customer responsibilities

• You must only upload files you own or have permission to print.
• You must not upload illegal, obscene, or harmful content.
• You are responsible for verifying print details (copies, size, colour) before submitting.

5. File transfer

Files are shared directly from the customer's device to the shop's WhatsApp using the Web Share API or a WhatsApp deep link. QueuePrint does not store, access, or transmit your files through our servers.

6. Pricing and payment

Print pricing is set by the Shop Owner. QueuePrint shows an estimate on the order form based on standard rates — this is indicative only. Final pricing is at the Shop Owner's discretion. Payment for printing is made directly to the shop, not through QueuePrint.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. QueuePrint shall not be liable for losses arising from downtime, technical errors, or third-party failures (including WhatsApp or Supabase outages).

8. Limitation of liability

QueuePrint is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, QueuePrint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including print errors, lost orders, or miscommunication between customers and shops.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

1. Information we collect

From Shop Owners (stored in our database):

• Shop name
• WhatsApp phone number
• Shop ID (chosen at registration)
• Hashed login password

From Customers (not stored by QueuePrint):

• Print instructions typed into the order form (copies, paper size, etc.) — these are formatted into a WhatsApp message and sent directly to the shop. We do not store them.
• Files selected for printing — transferred via the device's WhatsApp. We never receive or store these files.

2. How we use Shop Owner information

• To display the correct WhatsApp number on the order form for each shop.
• To authenticate shop owners on the Shop Portal.
• To generate QR codes and order links.

We do not sell, rent, or share Shop Owner data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-party services

• Supabase — our database provider (supabase.com). Shop Owner data is stored on Supabase servers. See Supabase's privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.
• WhatsApp — files and order messages are delivered via WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). Use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
• Vercel — our website hosting provider. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

4. Cookies and tracking

QueuePrint does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising scripts. No personal data is collected from visitors to the landing page.

5. Data retention

Shop Owner data is retained for as long as the account is active. Upon account deactivation or deletion, data is removed from our database within 30 days.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by QueuePrint. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

7. Security

Access to our database is restricted via Supabase row-level security policies. Admin passwords are stored as SHA-256 hashes. Shop owner passwords are stored and compared server-side. We follow reasonable security practices, but no system is completely secure.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision.
